The review will show how we have determined the right marketing price for your home/property. You will not be given an over inflated valuation to win your business. There may be exceptional situations where you have a different, but higher expectation of valuation with evidence, then we will work with you.
Any fears,concerns, or even special conditions which are worrying you will be discussed, in full during our visit.
